Agent Dashboard Part 8 - Leaderboard

In our last article, Agent Dashboard Part 7, we covered the "Calendar Events" tab and how to create and view calendar events.

Agent Leaderboard Section

The Leaderboard is an animated page that displays agent ranking activity based on daily achievements. As items from any of the nine fields are completed, their scores change as do their rankings.

Sort By. To view rankings based on specific fields, select a field from the "Sort By" drop down menu and click Filter.

Date Range. To view rankings based on a datetime, makes selections on the "Date Range" fields and click Filter.

Team. To view rankings based on teams, select a team from the "Team" drop down menu and select Filter.

Show Stats. Enable this feature to view all stats from all fields. Disabling this feature only displays "Total Score" values.

To refresh the page, click the refresh icon to update the rankings. (See below)
