CallTools Configurations
Overview: The following configurations are needed to connect a CallTools account with Balto.
Account Settings Required: Account --> Features. Enable Rest API, HTTP Requests
API Key/Token: Balto creates a Token for the client's account. This client-specific token will be applied in the HTTP Request -- URL (emboldened below*).
* The token placeholder (emboldened in red) will be swapped out with the unique token provided by the Balto team.
