Campaign Type Section
Campaign Type. Campaign type refers to the type of campaign to be created. Essentially, there are two types: Predictive/Power and Preview. A predictive/power selection enables the campaign to auto-dial multiple contacts at a time. A preview selection enables the user to manually dial contacts.
Predictive: Utilizes algorithms & statistical models to predict agent availability & call connections that determine the number of channels to dial per agent.
Power: Provides a set number of channels per agent to choose from to be dialed on the campaign.
Preview: Provide a preview of the contact before the agent manually initiates the call.
