In our last article, Campaigns Part 2, we covered campaign creation and selecting a campaign type. This article moves along the campaign settings page into "Basic Settings."
Basic Settings Section
Name. Create a name for the campaign.
Description. Create a description of the campaign (ex: types of contacts, run date/time, agents, etc.)
Active. To activate a campaign, the "Active" box must be checked. This enables the campaign to run.
