In our last article, Campaigns Part 4, we covered selecting a live filter or a bucket and selecting a sales funnel. This article moves along the campaign settings page into "Agent Options."
Agent Options Section
Agent Script. Scripts with personalized contact information (macros) can be added to a campaign, and displayed on the agent's dashboard.

Click the plus icon on the campaign setup page to create a new script. Click the pencil icon to view and edit an existing script.
Call Recording. When enabled, this feature records answered campaign calls.
