In our last article, Campaigns Part 5, we covered agent scripts and call recording. This article moves along the campaign settings page into "Suppression Options."
Suppression Options Section
Federal Do Not Call (FDNC) Suppression and Certification. In order to dial numbers on the Federal Do Not Call registry, account owners are required to submit an FDNC certification. After submitting this form, the FDNC numbers suppression option will become available and can then be enabled or disabled. If the form is not submitted, by default our platform will block any and all numbers on the FDNC.
Mobile Options. This feature provides mobile suppression options:
- Allow: This option allows calls to be made to mobile numbers.
- Target: This option will only call mobile numbers.
- Suppress: This option will not call mobile numbers.
