In our last article, Campaigns Part 3, we covered creating a name, description, and activation. This article moves along the campaign settings page into "Targeting."
Targeting Section
Live Filter. A live filter is a grouping of contacts that will be dialed in a campaign. From the drop-down menu, select an active live filter. Click the pencil icon to edit an existing live filter. Click the plus icon to create a new live filter.

Bucket. A bucket is a grouping of contacts that will be dialed in a campaign. From the drop-down menu, select an existing bucket. Click the the pencil icon to edit an existing bucket. Click the plus icon to create a new bucket.

Note: Only a bucket or a live filter can be used at a time.
Sales Funnel. A sales funnel is a system automation feature that allows contacts to be redialed and triggered for other system automations. From the drop-down menu, select an existing sales funnel.
