In our previous article, Campaigns Part 10, we covered additional campaign settings such as members, connectors, call dispositions, and dashboard settings. This article continues with another set of campaign settings from the main campaigns page.
Campaign Editing and Bulk Editing
On the main campaigns page (Contact Center > Campaigns), the campaign table has checkboxes on the left side of the page. Check one or multiple boxes to edit campaigns by selecting one or multiple selections:
- Active
- Bucket
- Live Filter
- Redial Rules
- Caller ID Strategy
- Call Recording
- Suppress FDNC
- Channels Per Agent
- Hot Lead Bucket
Click Submit to save.
Controls
On the right side of the page, under the "Controls" column, there are several icons to select.
Gear Icon. Click this icon to enter the campaign's settings page.
People Icon. Click this icon to enter the campaign's members settings page.
Connectors Icon. Click this icon to enter the campaign's connectors settings page.
Three Dots Icon. Click this icon to open campaign's settings menu. Some of these menu selections (Settings, Members, Connectors, Call Dispositions, Agent Dashboard Settings) have been covered in the previous article. The following covers the additional settings.
Stop Campaign. Click this selection to stop the campaign.
Recycle Contacts. Click this selection to manually create a recycle request.
View Change Log. Click this selection to view any changes made to the campaign's settings after the campaign has been created.
Copy. Click this selection to copy the campaign in its entirety.
Delete. Click this selection to delete the campaign.
